In local entertainment, the love team occupies a nearly revered position. From the golden years of Filipino cinema until today, love teams have endured and entertained generations. In the past few years, one unlikely pairing has captured the fancy of showbiz fans. Young, good-looking and massively talented, John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo have a wholesome chemistry that is hard to find these days. In their blockbusters A Very Special Love and You Changed My Life, they’ve proven how, together, they have nearly unlimited ability when it comes to tickling Filipino sensibilities.
Their well-loved pairings have not gone unnoticed. Popular brand 555 Corned Tuna, deemed as kids’ newest favorite food, has chosen both John Lloyd and Sarah to be its brand ambassadors.
