There’s no stopping Sarah Geronimo these days. The Pop Princess is happy that she is about to wrap up work on "Hating Kapatid," her first starrer with Judy Ann Santos and is looking forward to promoting the movie under Viva Films soon.
"I’ve finally fulfilled by dream of working closely with Ate Juday," Sarah says. "Now I know why many truly admire her. She’s not only a good actress but a nice person. She even gave me tips on tackling my scenes in ‘Hating Kapatid.’ Ang saya rin namin sa shooting lalo na with Luis (Manzano)."
Before that though, Sarah will pack her bags again to go to the US and key European cities where she will hold a concert tour. Sarah is excited at the prospect of entertaining hardworking OFWs and easing their homesickness with her well-loved OPM hits.
Her past concert tours abroad were certified crowd drawers. The audience, composed of young and old, would scream her name, shake her hands, pose for pictures with her and ask for autographs.
"If this will help our modern-day heroes abroad cope with loneliness and stress, I’ll gladly do it again and again," reveals Sarah.
Sarah will have her hands full when she returns. She will do the usual round of promo activities for "Hating Kapatid" as the playdate nears. She will perform in various key venues in the Philippines and she will start taping for her new show in ABS-CBN.
Through it all, Sarah shows no sign of burn-out, as she breezes through one event after another with her trademark smile and sunshiny disposition. It is no wonder that even if the first half of the year may soon be over, there’s still no end in sight for Sarah’s hectic schedule. It’s still as packed as ever, with no sign at all of slackening. Her legions of fans – here and abroad – can’t be any happier.

Ayaw talagang paawat ni Sarah Geronimo these days. Heto nga at sobrang happy siya na matatapos na ang pelikulang Hating Kapatid (‘yun pa rin ba ang title?) nila ni Judy Ann Santos, at ngayon ay sobrang excited na siya na mag-promote nito na kasama si Juday, ha!
“Na-fulfill talaga ang dream ko na makatrabaho si Ate Juday. Now I know why many truly admire her. She’s not only a good actress but a nice person. She even gave me tips on tackling my scenes sa movie. Ang dami kong natutunan kay Ate Juday. Ang saya namin sa shooting lalo na with Luis (Manzano),” sabi ni Sarah.
Pero, bago siya mag-promote ng movie nila ni Juday, heto at lilipad muna siya patungong U.S. at sa ibang panig ng Europe para mag-concert. Sarah is excited at the prospect of entertaining hardworking OFWs and easing their homesickness with her well-loved OPM hits.
“Kung makakatulong po ako sa mga modern-day heroes natin abroad cope with loneliness and stress, I’ll gladly do it again and again.”
Pero siyempre, pagbalik ni Sarah sa Pinas, puno na agad ang schedules niya, at una na riyan ang promo ng movie nila ni Juday. She will perform din in various key venues in the Philippines and she will start taping for her new show in ABS-CBN.
At bongga si Sarah, na parang si Juday rin, na kahit sangkatutak ang work, at wala na talagang pahinga, hindi mo siya makikitaan ng pagka-burn-out, at hinaharap talaga niya ang mga work niya na may kasamang ngiti, ha!

Kung hindi lang sana umalis si Juday last Saturday, (she is on vacation now in US w/ Ryan) sana before umalis naman si SARAH for her US/Canada tour eh dapat natapos nila ang shooting ng movie. May 4 shooting days pang natitira at pagbalik ni SARAH last week of June si Juday naman ay more than 6 months na ang tiyan, so sana makaya pa rin niyang magshooting at maipalabas ang HATING-KAPATID on July 28.
